How do I make a return?

By law, you have a period of thirty clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties, except for the exceptions provided for in article L 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code (in particular, custom-made or personalized products), it being specified that the cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us by e-mail, registered letter or fax, stating your name, postal and e-mail addresses, and your order number. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal.
From the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal, we will reimburse you for the Products and delivery costs within 14 days at the latest. Products that have been opened, returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled will not be reimbursed.
